A digital card costs $1.99 (about £1.59 / NZ$3.49), scheduling it for a future date and time adds $1.00, and there is no subscription or app to install.

What the recipient actually receives
They get an email or text with a link. Opening it shows a sealed envelope that animates open to reveal the card: your custom cover art on the front, and your message inside in a handwritten style. On a phone the card zooms in so the note is easy to read. Nothing to download, no account, no sign-up for them.
Why digital cards are cheaper than shop cards
A shop card plus a stamp is typically $8–12 by the time it's posted, and it has to be bought days early. Pick the exact date, time and timezone and we'll deliver it for you — useful for birthdays in other countries. Signed-in customers can save the people they care about with their key dates, and we'll remind you before birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day and Father's Day so you never send one late.

- No. You can create and pay for a card as a guest. An account is only needed for rewards, saved people and reminders.

- Yes — tap any words on the card to rewrite them, or choose 'I'll write it all myself' before the card is generated.
