You can tweak the illustration, request a completely new one, and edit every word before paying $1.99 for a digital card or $9.99 to have it printed and posted.

How the design is made
You write a short brief — the relationship, the occasion and anything you'd like drawn. We turn that into a full-bleed cover illustration and a matching colour palette for the inside of the card, then set your message in a handwritten style. Everything you see is editable in place: tap the cover text or the message to change it.
Adjusting the artwork
If the first illustration isn't quite right, you can describe a change — 'more of a beach, fewer flowers', 'make the dog a labrador' — and we redraw using the current art as a reference so the style stays consistent. Or start again from scratch with 'New art'.
Digital or printed with the same design
The same custom design can be delivered as an animated digital envelope by email or text, or printed at high resolution and posted to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe.

- Is the artwork unique to my card?
- Yes — it's generated for your brief when you create the card.
- Can I upload my own photo instead?
- The cover is generated from your written description; you can describe the scene in as much detail as you like.
- Can I change the design after seeing it?
- Yes. Request adjustments, generate new art, and edit the cover and inside text before you pay.
- What if I don't like the AI-written words?
- Choose 'I'll write it all myself', or edit the draft directly on the card.
